Terms and Conditions

• All claims and/or returns for damaged or incorrect  items must be approved and made no later than 30 days after receipt of order.
• Moonlight Mysteries is not responsible for any customs or duty charges for orders shipped to locations outside the USA.
• All retailers selling on the internet are expected to list our products for sale for at least 200% (2x) wholesale cost.
• Payments accepted via check, money order, credit/debit cards and bank transfer upon approval.
• Customer is to pay all costs incurred in collecting past due accounts. The jurisdiction of any legal dispute will be Grand Rapids, Michigan.
• All sales are final.
• Moonlight Mysteries reserves the right to refuse sales to parties who do not abide by these policies.
